Tenkay Electronics has a customer care culture, whereby all members of staff are aware of the need to offer our customers a quality service. This means reacting to the many and varied needs of our clients. In this respect we provide, at no extra cost, other services such as:-
We operate all types of ordering and delivery methods, from discreet orders delivered in one off batches, to contract and scheduled orders delivered on either JIT or Kanban. In certain circumstances, we can operate a bin replenishment Kanban service direct onto customers production lines. Local deliveries are made free of charge via our own transport.
We can build assemblies to stock, and deliver to scheduled or call off requirements. We also can hold certain key components that may have long lead times, or may even be obsolete.
We are more than pleased to liaise with customers and enter into Value Engineering and Quality programmes. Setting up a small committee represented by customer and supplier, offers a very effective method of communication to achieve real cost savings from value engineering and ensuring excellence in quality. Even if a product is still at the design stage, we can very often have some suggestions of how a design change could make production easier and therefore cheaper.
All customers are allocated one of our Sales Account Managers. This gives each client a personal contact that allows good communications to be set up, and therefore helps us to better understand each clients individual needs.
We can often be flexible with production capacity, and in the event of a client having an urgent need, we can put assemblies through our Fast Track Assembly System. We will always try to achieve the impossible, miracles take a little longer!
