All processes involved in the procurement, production, test and despatch are planned and monitored to ensure compliance with these standards, as well as to our customers’ requirements.

Our most important quality indicator is, of course, our customer satisfaction and we carry out a satisfaction survey on a regular basis.

We have an in-depth induction process for all new employees and teach attention to detail in all aspects of our processes. We also have an in-house system to measure and monitor our quality targets.

Our commitment to quality control is continuous and we at Tenkay have decided that all our operatives will be trained to become Certified IPC specialists. Training our operatives to become Certified IPC specialists is part of our Quality Improvement Initiative to achieve Zero Defects by producing Right First Time.

We are very proud of our staff, premises, equipment and methods and welcome external audits by existing and potential customers at any time (by prior arrangement).
